How to get rid of dark circles

Hey,  are you okay? You look tired, did you get enough sleep?.... Don't we get sick and tired of this questions? Okay try not to take it personally. I know how it feels. Dark circle under the eye is a common issue in today's generation,  it is commonly known to affect aged people but nowadays it can affect anybody including teens.

Dark circles appear under the eyes as a result of some reason. It could be lack of sleep, sun damage, stress, dehydration, age etc. For some persons affected,  it could be permanent which means that there is no way to get rid of them.  But if dark circles appear on your face as a result of tiredness, dehydration rubbing of the eyes or stress there is good news for you. The good news it that there are so many ways that you can reduce the appearance of dark circles or even rid of them permanently. Follow these simple steps below.
1Get enough sleep
Dark circles can appear under the eyes if you are not getting enough sleep at night. At least 8 hours a night would do you any harm. Try as much as possible to do this. This will not only reduce dark circles or eye bags but it will sail you into a healthier lifestyle.
2Eat balanced diet
Changed your diet and eat right. Eat lots of vegetables and fruits. Avoid eating junk meal and food with high cholesterol or fat. Reduce drinking or smoking habits. Drink coffee every morning. If dark circles appear as a result of dehydration, battle it. Drink a lot of water at least 7-8 glass a day will do.
3Cucumber relief
Cucumber slices have long been used to reduce puffiness and refresh the appearance of skin around the eyes, providing a fast "pick-me-up" for tired and puffy eyes. Place a slice over each eye, extending over the darkened area. Do this daily, coupled with lying down for 10-15 minutes. Keep your eyes closed. This will do the magic.
4. Teabags and cold spoon
The tannin in tea bags reduces swelling and discoloration. Lie down, preferably in the morning, and leave the cool and damp caffeinated tea bags over your eyes for about 10-15 minutes. Keep your eyes closed. You can refrigerate them overnight so they will be ready in the morning. Another way, place metal spoons in the fridge, when they are chilled, place it on on the circles, let it sit until the spoon gets warm.
Do all this daily for 2 weeks, you will notice that the swelling underneath the eye is gone completely. You can also buy under eye cream  containing vitamin K or retinol, apply day and night for best results. For temporary solution, apply concealer under the eyes to hide the dark circles.
